How your donations have helped

Just wanted to let you know that the stroller I collected for one of my clients recently was the only positive thing that has happened to her in the last few months. We deal with such tragic cases, and always try to help the people ‘look for the positives’ in their often almost ‘shipwrecked’ lives, but the reality is - they often go through such extended turbulent times, that a simple fold-up stroller makes their lives (with dependency on public transport etc)…so much easier! So to you all, on behalf of the people who need that little something extra...thanks. Again!!

St Kilda Mums has been such a great resource for me and the family that I work with. My newly arrived Iraqi refugee mother was literally housebound until you were able to provide her with a double stroller so that she could get out and about with her two small kids. My Bhutanese family were also carrying their baby around all day in their arms until we gave them a pram. So thanks St Kilda Mums - you guys are the best!
